EXTRACTOR RESTORATION
Soilmoisture has a long history
of producing durable equipment with quality finishes and protective
coatings. From early extractor units fabricated in the late 1950's with
their polished & plated metal surfaces to later models with marine
epoxies to todays technically advanced durable powder coatings.
How is the Extractor restored?
In restoring your older extractor to look brand new and to ensure continued
optimum performance, we go through an extensive number of steps to ensure
your extractor has both new product functionality and like-new appearance.
The steps used include (but are not limited to):
- Removal of all fittings, nameplates, protecting protrusions, threads
- Deep sandblasting and cleaning - masking threads, final cleaning
- Electrostatic deposited powder- tough plastic coating, heat curing
- Attachment of new fittings, nameplates, threaded fittings, new handle
- Testing for new operational functionality, leaks, overall performance
How much does it cost?
Costs for the restoration for a Model 1500, 15
Bar Extractor, is $950 per unit for the first unit restored and $800
for each additional unit restored on the same Purchase Order. The only
additional charges will be for return shipping charges via UPS and any
insurance, if you wish. We guarantee all our work for a one year warranty
period.
How long will it take?

of the extractor at our facilities.
