FAQ's for the 0500 PM Compressors

Question:
Does SEC ship the PM Compressor with oil in it?

Answer:
No, we don't. The compressors are filled with SAE 75-90 (ISO 220 weight) gearbox oil, QC tested, and then drained for shipment. We are not allowed to ship them with oil in them. The shipping companies don't want motor oil dripping out in transit! So, please be sure to read your instructions upon receipt of your compressor and be sure to fill it before operation.
